Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is well, and looking forward to a nice weekend It's another cold, wet, grey day here unfortunately, so I'll probably just find a few things to do at home, before it's time to go to Wolfie's boxing. It's on at a strange time, so I better get a late lunch, as I doubt I'll get more than a packet of peanuts at the venue. Maybe I should take a sandwich Tool Man and the Teds will be in Scarborough, and since they'll just be boozing all weekend, I don't think they'll be too bothered by the poor weather I still have L'Ariete in my pocket, shown here with an Eccles cake I had last night - one of the very few good things to come out of Lancashire, but in this case a poor example I'm afraid The Red Rosers probably made them specifically for export to Yorkshire Enjoy your weekend Guardians

Good morning, Guardians! Charlie’s on deck for our drive to Mississippi to visit mother in law and family for the Thanksgiving holiday week. Along with a favorite refrigerator magnet that Jack Black and Co may recognize! I hope everyone has a fun Saturday. I’ll be behind the wheel driving my Fair Lady and two sleeping dogs for 9-10 hours

Great shot! Good luck with that Bob I remember a TV character years ago, called Rab C Nesbit. He was a hero in Scotland! One episode, the family go on a package holiday to Spain, and he meets the Spanish equivalent of his character

Thank you, Jack. Now I’m eager to find a quality example of an Eccles cake! My Swedish grandmother loved currants and baked with them often. But I never saw them embedded in a flaky pastry.

Thanks Steve, I just got home Wolfie's opponent was saved by the bell in Round 2, but a flurry of heavy body-shots put him on the canvas in Round 3, with Wolfie winning by TKO. Some good fights tonight
