Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Looks like a good stick buddy :)
Thank you buddy. I been kinda wobbly lately so it helps keep me steady 🤠
Good morning Guardians, how's everyone doing? I hope your week started well, and that you're on top of things. I always seem to be struggling these days, I had a charity event, sandwiched between work. When I came out of the charity event, I struggled to get a taxi - because I had my phone in aircraft mode! 😖 Seeing a passing bus, I ran for it - well I say 'ran'!

Is it only Tuesday?! :D Better crack on, no holidays here I'm afraid ;) Have a good day Guardians
Nice TA 🐑👍
Good morning, Guardians. Coffee with Charlie’s 🐑 among the tchotchkes on Granny’s back porch.

Beautiful time of year down here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I snapped this photo out the car window as we were driving over the second bridge crossing over the Pascagoula River.

Our pup Callie is in heaven. We keep an eye out for gators at the waterline.

Had the chance to climb aboard a legendary local boat yesterday. It is a one of one custom steel hull trawler designed and built by a man named Jerry Purdy in 1975. His daughters inherited it and are fixing it up. They cruised down and around the Florida Keys in it last year.

We didn’t leave the marina but it was fun to get a full-access tour!

Great pic of that old boy Steve :) 👍
What possessed you in the first place. 😂😂😂;)
I had a great night's sleep last night Leon...and it has been downhill ever since! 🫣 Wish I'd stayed in bed! 😩😒😉👍
Leon maybe you were thinking of Bubinga aka African Rosewood.

They do look somewhat similar

Apparently my feeble brain is misquoting scripture! Wasn't a mountain lion at all! 🙄

I know that feeling David, I hope you're stable again soon my friend 👍 Thanks for the kind words 🙂👍
Some of the meds I'm on cause me to get light headed and dizzy. I think it's worse at times cause of dehydration from the fluid restrictions and the diuretics I'm on. Thank you buddy 🤠
That is the mother of all whistlers buddy 😎 Great shot of your Lamb too 👍
Thank you kindly. That whistle makes a high pitch sounds not thunderous loud but piercing 👍🤠

Afternoon Guardians! Drizzling and cool out today. Stay Frosty 🤠

I hope you can stay dehydrated David :) It's got to the point where I need to take a rucsac to the pharmacy when my prescription is due  I once had labyrinthitis, which was a very wobbly period! It's a cool whistle my friend :)

You just reminded me I meant to call in today, to see what is happening with the appointment I requested 3 weeks ago 😠
Keep the fluids up today.
For the brothers
Extreme heat warning for most of New south Wales and of course full fire ban.
You take care fellers
Perfect!

I've not had a great day today, not least unexpectedly re-doing someone's abysmal work 😖 Their boss's thank you was underwhelming, so it'll be the last time I do him a favour  More work tomorrow, and probably the same throughout the week, but for a different outfit at least. I'm sure we've all worked with/for total incompetents, who earn a good wage regardless 😒

Think I'm going to carry my Hartshead Barlow tomorrow

I hope the rest of your week is better .

2 more photos of Union Jack during the second week I had him. The second photo is one of my favorites of this rosewood lambsfoot, and I'm not sure why I like it so much.

My pedometer tells me I've walked 16.3 miles today, so it's time for me to head to bed. The walking included a visit to a blood doctor I see twice a year. She said my white blood cell count was lower than it had been, but not in a "danger zone" (yet). I wonder if walking too much could lower my white blood cell count? ;) At least the monoclonal proteins that they're always watching are stable, and show no movement toward myeloma (yet).

Great news GT  Having an uncurable, progressive disease, the best one can hope for is slow progression 🐢
