Nice Ebony David
Very seasonal Mitch
Very wise! Useful as they undoubtedly are, it sure is nice to escape themI never had a cell phone until I managed a hazardous waste facility and I had to carry the phone 24/7. Calls at 2AM were never good news. I quickly learned that the phone was an electronic ball and chain.
When the corporate office closed that facility and I lost my job I adamantly refused to get my own phone. It was so nice to know that I could go out and not be bothered. After almost ten years of no phone my wife fell and popped an Achilles tendon and couldn’t reach me at work because she didn’t remember the right number (in her panic she had one digit wrong). When I got home my wife told me in no uncertain terms that I was getting a phone. I have been very selective about who gets my number.
Sorry for completely mangling that sentence Steve!Cheers Jack
I hope your absence is due to lollygaggin', and not work Duncan, and that you and Sue are doing OK mate. Nice shots of your Hartshead BarlowPlease forgive my absence Guardians, I haven’t been on Blade Forums much at all - in fact very little time on the computer.
I think two or three weeks ago I said I was going to change my EDC around, it’s not easy for me to access my knives, so I need to plan the visit to them
I really wanted to get this lovely knife back in the pocket
I will catch with everyone soon, all the best my friends- have the best day

Good companion for your outing today JackGood morning Guardians, I hope you've all got something nice planned for the weekend, even if it's just putting your feet up. I'm going out for lunch, and a few pints today, with Matt, to one of Leeds' most historic pubs, The Victoria Family & Commercial Hotel, which re-opened yesterday after being closed for over 5 years. It always had a beautiful interior, and was somewhere I'd always take visitors, so I'm looking forward to returning. Probably meet Matt in Charlie's CafeHave a great day everyone

Absolutely stunning! Not quite the traditional swayback Lambsfoot we all know and love, but I thought to show it to the Guardians anyway
This one is on what I call a "Fancy Jack" handle die. N690Co, file worked spring, 304 stainless bolsters and trim, thin red accents, Tamboti (African Hardwood) scales, 3.75" closed. Let me know what you think
