Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks!

Good morning Guardians, late start for me, as I had a very late night down at Matt's, watching movies and drinking beer. It's a busy time, and I'm worn out! I better get myself together though, as I have a lunch date, and then meeting more friends later. I hope you have a great Sunday Guardians

Is that Damascus or a blade etch? In either case it's pretty cool and the stag is beauty sweetie.gif

I thought of you, when I randomly came across this pic yesterday Gary :D

Thanks for the picture, Jack! 😁
When I read your post, I only saw the top of the picture with the text and the mother's hair and thought it was going to be an old-timey Cracker Jack advertisement. But then I scrolled and laughed out loud at the elation of the girl over her brass knuckles (and over the self-referential "Always a Surprise!" I experienced).

But Cracker Jack isn't scheduled for me until NEXT week; this week, my lambsfoot is Black Jack, my ebony Guardians lambsfoot from 2018 IIRC. Here are a couple of photos from soon after I unwrapped the knife.

Christmas always seems busy Jack..
They are tasty I'll have to see if I can try some, if I'm lucky Kristy might make keep me a couple.
Have a great day
Yes indeed Mitch, it comes sudden, and everyone you know, or ever met, wants to have a pint with you the same week! :D Good luck in securing your biscuits mate! ;)👍
I thought you'd given me the idea that will make me rich, the hammock-mobile, but I think someone has already put motorized wheels on a recliner-chair.

My coffee maker seems to have died in its sleep. Luckily, I have two more 12-cuppers. The Chinese Mueller of Austria came through for me.
LOL! :D Glad the Chinese-Austrians have your back Jer :D
Thanks buddy 👍
I'm not sure they are. There are hammer marks but maybe polishing smoothed them a bit.
😍
Ahh, thanks for the info Steve

Damascus, from a short run of 20 SFOs I did in 2019

LOL! :D Wow, doesn't that new Ebony Lamb look spiffy?!
The church's Christmas Cantata went well. Afterwards I went by Hardings for some sale Buffalo wings (go, Bills), and I dropped in at Lowe's and impulse-bought all these ornaments for $8.60.

I'll have to read the directions on that solar-powered North Pole street light.
Bargain! :D
Great to see your Hartshead Barlow David :)
Very festive! :)
Nice Pile side shot :)
Gotta stay regular 🫣🤣🤣
Were all the biscuits taken Mitch?! :D👍

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone had a great weekend :) I had a nice time with friends yesterday, with the highlight being a large steak and ale pie 😋 No Henderson's though! I got back home, worn-out about 9pm, but then had some work to do, and didn't get finished until well after midnight  It rained all day yesterday, and it's raining still. Looks like we'll be having a grey Christmas :( I'll be heading to town later to buy a few last minute gifts, and pick up a few provisions. I hope nobody has to work today, or if you do, it's a light workload at least ;) Have a good day Guardians

The lamp isn't solar powered, just darkness-activated.

The two boxes of shatterproof ornaments I bought last year are prettier than these. And still in their boxes. They're easier to put away that way, but maybe I'll fiddle with them yet.
Unusual. You're really making an effort Jer 🙂 I just got a card from Geoff Tweedale, with the annual catch-up 👍
Unfortunately, Lao Mueller doesn't keep the coffee very hot.
I swear, my coffee maker travails remind me of Sonny and Cher: "A cowboy's work is never done".
