Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning, Guardians. Fun photo from a random Tuesday night in downtown Dallas; Walking a friend back to his hotel after dinner. We encountered a couple on horseback clopping down the sidewalk. Note the open carry.

It's bitterly cold here today, but while there've been few brief flurries of snow we're still waiting for the huge downfall that will "bury" the country! 🙄 I had coffee with Wolfie, and passed on his youngest lad's birthday gifts, before Wolfie went boxing. Then I went into town to get a bit of shopping. Enjoying being back in the warmth though 😁👍

I'm in the process of making a Lambsfoot for BladeShow Texas this year to have on my table (thanks to this thread)...what cover materials do ya'll prefer?? I did one last year in black jigged bone and sold it pretty quick, but was gonna get ya'lls opinion. Thanks!

Black palm makes for some interesting knife handles. Both end cut and not end cut (can't remember what that would be called, senior moment). Bob, Rufus1949 Rufus1949 has posted some stunning knives with black palm, and Buck has done some in their custom shop.

Edited for multiple spelling errors. Fat finger syndrome strikes again :rolleyes:
