Nice background for your Space Shuttle Lamb JerThere isn't much left of this stump that Terry stepped his fence around. Guess I've been here a while.

Mail was good today. Wonderful package from @waynorth . We did a little bartering and It’s not too hard to guess what is waiting for him in his mailbox.
Been after some of Jacks SFOs for sometime. Especially the horn 2018. Glad to add two more to my cherished collection. Having one of Charlie’s personal 93 lambs is almost too sweet to comprehend. I’ll put these to good use, Charlie.
Night shift for me tonight. Gonna oogle over these three for the next 12 hours.

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing OK, and that your week got off to a good start. The weather here looks grim again, so I'm in no hurry to go out - particularly as it's too early for anything to be open yet!I was touched by Bob's kind gesture in sending me the Ecotribo Lamb I received yesterday. Came nicely packaged too, I thought
Got it in my pocket today
Wishing everyone a good day

LOL!I was due on my grandfather's birthday, but my mother delivered the following day, on her birthday, instead. She reckoned my father held her failure to deliver on time against her the rest of her life! I don't know if that was true, but it honestly may well have been!

I've gone without breakfast the past couple of days, just having a cup of tea, and a banana around 11am. That's a 17 hour fast, as I eat early. I had a coffee in Charlie's, about 11.30am, and a samosa half an hour later. The postie just dropped me off some posh porridge oats for if I have to work or travel in the mornings, or just get hungryI hope everyone is having a good day

Just a quick, nice update. The vendor did reply today, and they were apologetic and offered an immediate replacement, really no questions asked. They are requesting I return the original knife (I assumed they would) and are covering return shipping as well. Can't really ask for better customer service. Hoping someone puts an eye on the one they send me this time before it ships out but we will see!Do I recall someone reaching out about the ecotrib arriving in rough shape? What was the outcome? My show side isn't too bad, but the pile side is pretty rough and there's a larger than average gap. Not sure how likely they are to do anything w it since it was intl shipping.

On 2 occasions, Wright's absolutely guaranteed they had carefully checked over the knives I was picking up, before wrapping them up. They hadn't, and replacing them cost me a lot of time, trouble, and moneyGlad to hear that it worked out well for you.
They really exceeded my expectations, customer service-wise.
Like someone else mentioned, hopefully they spend a little time on QC themselves for any future batches.
Maybe this batch was just a lesson learned the hard way.
Sweet Steve
That's a nice one Pat, pretty unusual tooPrize horn lamb for me today.
