Thanks! It might be time to take the ski poles out of the car, if one "don't believe we're on the eve of destruction".Nice pic Jer, I hope that's the last of the snow (I don't know if that's realistic)![]()

Jack Internet has been a bit slow but a busy day yesterday.
As you know Lilly turned 20 during the week so she wanted some friends over last night before they went in to town and of course didn't want Mum or dad around.
Had to go visit Dad and Step mum in the morning, then shops and then home to help Lilly, she has been fussing all week, even cleaned her room and emptied the bathroom bin for the first time ever. Maybe Ragnarok is upon us. As Lilly was baking a cake we had to go the shops and get more icing sugar so we did the bottle recycling. Kristy helped Lilly finish the cake. I had a good laugh as Lilly kept coming out to tell me Mum is taking over! All I could say is, are you surprised?
So Kristy and I were kicked out by 5.30.
We went the movies and watched Project Hail Mary. First though we went to the pub across the road for dinner.
Food was good and didn't even have a beer.
Such a great-looking Lamb Steve![]()

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a great weekendI went down to Matt's, but I had already done a lot of walking, and was worn out. The thought of a pint, while Cillian got a haircut, sounded appealing though, so we hopped on a bus into town. Matt took Cillian to the barbers, and we found seats outside the bar opposite. Cillian was finished quicker than we expected, and asked his dad if he could look in some sports shops. Over the next hour and a half, I was dragged round every sports shop in Leeds city centre, of which there are even more than I thought, and I had a sense of deja vu, and remembered the same thing had happened a year or so ago
Matt then wanted to go to the supermarket at the top end of town, so I decided to wait at the pub en route, and got another pint in. I was absolutely worn out by the time I got home
The weather turned out OK yesterday, and it looks the same today, but I have no plans to go anywhere. The fly in the ointment is my connectivity issues, which are ongoing I'm afraid
I wish everything in life was as reliable as a Lambsfoot
Have a great day Guardians, I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend

There's an orange crocus now.
Thanks mate, watching a teenager endlessly, and aimlessly, wander through multiple sports shops almost had me asleep on my (aching) feet!Thank you Jack !
