Yes indeed Bob, I remember researching teething rusks when my eldest was a youngster, and the lowest sugar rusks available here in the mid 1980's had 13% sugar, and just as much salt!

I hope everyone is having a good day Matt is working from home today, so he met me for a coffee in Charlie's cafe. After that I headed into town, called in at the bank, picked up a few things, then had some lunch at a place on Leeds' oldest street, Kirkgate





It's a couple of years since there was a fire at the bottom end of the street, and it looks like they're just waiting for the old buildings to fall down now
