Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Been back from the class for a few days and getting acclimated to my night work schedule again. Upon my return I was delightfully surprised with a surprise package from Jack Black Jack Black . In the said package was this really nice ghost net A Wright. I’ve got to say that this is probably the nicer “everyday” run A Weight I’ve ever had. No gaps, great action, centered, and sharpened well. Although if it had any of those faults I would have gladly accepted as it’s part of the charm of A Wright. One thing is for sure is they always get the pull weight just right. Nice strong pull. Thanks, Jack. You are too kind my friend.

Nice catch of the sea Paul.
Well done Jack.👍🏻

It's a couple of years since there was a fire at the bottom end of the street, and it looks like they're just waiting for the old buildings to fall down now 🙄
I'll buy them Thursday when I've won the lottery. I'll live in the round-windowed one, put my library in the middle one, and my smithy and wood shop in the one on the right.
That's probably what they're waiting for.
Church gangway!
I found the tool he uses.
I have a set of those in the basement.
And one old knife with a long scratch in it.
{This isn't it.)

Good morning Guardians, we had a wet and windy night here. Probably too early to see what it'll be like here today, but it's not raining at least  I do have some work to do at home in any case. I'm carrying my Hartshead Barlow in Rosewood :) Have a great day Guardians

Good morning. Pulled the Daniels Family 🐑 for Wood Wednesday. Part two of a client event on the schedule today: Q&A and a book signing after talking to journalism students and faculty at a local college.

Have a nice day :)

To paraphrase the 1960's advertising for a sickly imitation of Turkish Drlight: 'Full of Great Eastern Promise'! 😁😉👍

Definitely my friend, it's nice to have knives older than oneself! 😁👍

Yeah, they always do this with listed historic buildings here, when they are inconveniently situated - simply leave them to become a danger to the public, and then demolish them 🤔 There have been at least 2 cases of arson on Kirkgate, where landowners wanted to build new properties 😡
Church gangway!
Yes indeed, and commonly the oldest street in Yorkshire towns 👍

Thank you again Steve 🙂👍

Hope everyone is having a good day 🙂 Mine turned out quite different to what I had expected, as I met up with Wolfie, and we had lunch at the West African place in the market 😋 Before meeting him, I called in the Yorkshire Shop, and bought a quiz book

for his youngest lad. Some hard questions in there! 😱😁

Didn’t mind Fry’s as a kid.

This ad wouldn’t make it to tv today.
