Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I hope you had alot of wins. First I have heard of tabletop soccer.
Sounds like a good sport to go with a few pints.

Wow, great photo Steve.😍
I don't think it's common with boys anymore Bob, not since the invention of the X-Box, et al  I only played it as a kid, and in fact I was so young, I don't think I'd even started drinking! :D My team Quarry Lane United were winners of my class Subbuteo knock-out, in about 1971! πŸ†πŸ˜‚ I got the basic set, consisting of 2 teams of plastic players, 2 goals, and a green cloth pitch, for Christmas, a few years before that, and my dad, who loved anything to do with football, or anything that reminded him of his childhood, promptly blasted the heads off most of my players, by cheating πŸ€”

Chieftain is 😎 πŸ‘
Thanks mate :)

I came across a tin of knives that I'd forgotten about the other day. The knives only required light cleaning, and among them was an interesting Lambsfoot. Probably made for a factor or hardware chain I reckon. What makes it interesting is the etch. It's had plenty of use, and the tip stands well proud of the frame. There's plenty of kick to drop it, but I reckon I'll leave it alone

Truly not a closet queen. Unique stamping Jack.πŸ‘πŸ»

I decided to treat myself to a knife last night, and was expecting it tomorrow, but it turned up just know. Knives get specially delivered now, with a special sticker on the package, and you have prove you're over 18 before you purchase. The knife has to be delivered in person, and can only be handed to someone over 18. This has been going on for the past few years, and being obviously a long way past 18, I've not previously had to provide ID. On this occasion, I had to find my passport, but there was also something else new, the delivery guy had to put my passport number into the system

Not the knife! ;)

I hope the infusions are helping πŸ‘

It was like a summer's day here today, and I hope it stays like that for my trip to the market tomorrow. I'm hoping to meet up with Wolfie at some poinr too, and I have a present for him! πŸ˜‚

Best of luck for good weather πŸ‘

So...I get back from Tennessee and discover that the toaster oven, dehumidifier, and washing machine are no longer operational ☹️ Best I can figure is there was a power surge associated with the storms that passed through while I was gone. Everything else works fine πŸ‘ The only one real important one is the washing machine. I'm too old to be beating my clothes on a rock down by the river πŸ§“πŸžοΈ
I called to schedule a service appointment, but they haven't called me back DirtDOGa.gif

On a good note, I sent my taxes in today. Yay πŸ₯³
Hope everyone is having a great day.
