Good news is my back is getting better, MRI shows only minor changes since last scan in 2011, physical therapy seems to be working, etc. Yesterday was my first 8 hour workday since I injured my back at the end of March (and that's good because when you're self-employed there is no paid time off). But today I am worn out (only did 3 billable hours today) and glad it's a three day weekend.

Because of the painkillers I'm on I haven't had any alcohol since March either. But at least I can use these bottles as a prop for this photo.
