Jack, I hope your travel plans go smoothly .
It is sad one cannot carry a pocket knife without worry. Yet here, you can open carry a pistol anywhere but a bank and hospital.( and a select number of events)

Thanks mate, London is a bit crazy, CCTV everywhere, metal-detecting portals, sniffer dogs, random stop and search, live facial recognition (which is about as accurate as Tool Man's mathematics). Nowhere takes cash, everything is overpriced, the traffic is terrible, and the people (some of them) are rude :rolleyes:

You get used to it Bob, seems some areas of the states is going down the similar paths. Sadly blanket bans don’t address issues.
It’s changed so much in my lifetime at 14 I could walk into a disposal store and buy a boot knife, my mum used to even take me to look.
