I spy some coriander! Great stuff, fresh ground with coffee and chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce makes a great marinade!...and the Lamb looks ready to work!

Thanks, Dennis, I'll try that...do you use the marinade on all meat or is it best on some and not others?

Usually on flank steak or brisket, put it in a pan, put the rub on, add salt to your liking, pour vinegar over, and let it set overnight.
I love the smell of the fresh ground coriander!
