Every AC I see starts me drooling:D
One of my favourite days of the year tomorrow - Shrove Tuesday - Pancake Day! :) Here's a pic from last year, the 2018 knives still hadn't been ordered, so I was accompanied by the 2017

The food looks as yummy as the knife!
Watching the Sheffield Derby!

Unique photo...however I thought that the derby meant horses?
This beer would probably be a good choice - with the way that Derby is viewed in Sheffield! ;) :D

I like that can!
One of my trophy buckles, some of my leather work, and my Lambsfoot...
Congrats, John! I have watched Team Roping, very competitive, participants need skills in many areas. Fun to watch! Wonderful leather work also!
Happy Monday, Guardians.

I generally step away from screens over weekends and do not post a whole lot. That said, it is difficult to come back and find yourself hundreds of posts behind, yet again. Unfortunately, I have little free time these days and am usually only able to remain abreast of things while I am working (sounds strange, I am sure).

So, please forgive my inability to read through what I am sure is a fantastic string of great posts and pictures. I will make it up to you by keeping caught up during the week, only to repeat this over the weekend and into the next. :D

I took advantage of our fantastic weather and went to the coast where my favorite "Irish" pub is. I had myself a full breakfast and I ate way too much... Accompanied by a few pints of Smithwick's, of course.

Thanks Preston :)

Grats on the buckle, cowboy. Nice one! Header or heeler?
Ever do the PRCA in Clovis? One time, they had Johnny Paycheck AND Bocephus after the rodeo.
Pretty sure they both were there. I remember Paycheck was for sure. It was a pretty hot day and there was a lot of Lone Star that went over the tongue :D
Ever play cards at the 500 Club?
That would have been a fun and rowdy concert for sure. I have never been to the Clovis rodeo, I hear it's a good one though.

Happy Monday, Guardians.

Thanks, I pretty much devoted four or five nights a week to it for years and years. It was our whole life for a while. I miss it a lot.

Those are very cool credentials John.

Count me in on that breakfast.

I don't know what that is either but I'm ordering a half dozen.

I NEED to know what it is!!! Whatever it is, I'm going down to the pub and ordering it!!!
That is a fantastic picture of your Lamb, the lighting makes it look so rich and beautiful.

One more reason not to like cats.

that's a "Full English Breakfast" and it's a plateful!

the other picture was a Scotch egg -- take a boiled egg, wrap it in sausage, roll that in bread crumbs and bake or deep fry.

Yeah, buddy! Lookin' good, bet it ate better! And they say Wheaties is the breakfast of champions

Hey Dylan, looks like you really went for it there buddy! :)

Yeah... I pretty much didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. I was trying to perpetually make room for more ale later on. 'Twas a task!

Worth it though!

Yep, Erik nailed it. It is my understanding that a "Full English" breakfast can vary in couple of ways but it generally will have eggs, rashers, sausage, black and white pudding, beans, and maybe some bread (pictured is Irish soda bread(amazing!)), peas, tomato, mushrooms, and/or potatoes.

Hefty indeed.

And yes, Scotch eggs are amazing! I have a friend who makes them and they are incredible.
