Is that you? An always nice view of your Ebony.

JohnDF JohnDF A cool rugged image.

@scrteened porch - Very Nice view.

dc50 dc50 An interesting perspective. Love the light emanating from lower right. A fine image. Cheers to Yorkshire.

@Half/Stop Your Bigun looks great.

@joeradza Beautiful in its’ simplicity.

Went to the local Bakery and spotted my favorite raspberry sweet roll. They always go overboard when I request a bit more frosting. I didn’t mind.

And here I sit with a bowl of oatmeal instead of a sweet roll.:( one sweet lambsfoot Harvey.:thumbsup::D

Here are some more pictures of my polished ironwood. I think they are in a little more directly angled light. I'm really pleased how the polish experiment turned out, not only from the look of the knife, but it feels a lot smoother (yet still grippy) in hand.

Thanks Dennis, how you doing buddy? :thumbsup: Cool pic, I like that tin :) :thumbsup:

Thanks, Jack! Doing better. Had the upper and lower gi scope last Friday, then been fighting a bit of a bug, but better now!

If you don't have Fishermen's Friend there, it's a strong throat lozenge, taste wonderful!:rolleyes::confused::D

That's good to hear Dennis :thumbsup:

We definitely have them here, they're produced over the hill from me in Lancashire (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fisherman's_Friend). I used to like their Extra Strong Mints, but it's decades since I had one of the lozenges. When I was a kid, I'd buy them when I had a cold, they're serious gear! :eek: My first job was as an apprentice mechanic, and I remember one time having a stinking cold, but I had to work anyway, so I had one in my mouth, releasing the strong menthol vapours. A feller came up to ask me something, and as we were talking I suddenly realised his eyes were watering from the fumes! :D :thumbsup: For years, they just did the one type, and they just sold in small quantities, then, for some reason, they became a big hit in Europe and they launched loads of different types. I'll have to look out for the tins :) :thumbsup:

My maternal grandmother was very fond of 'Victory V' lozenges (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victory_V), always kind of smelled of them :D :thumbsup:
