Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I believe so, after that I got hooked up with Columbia Records my first Album by mail was Johny Cash Folsom Prison Blues.

My first album was an Elvis Christmas album.

Yes, we need to remember the knife content! This one's in my pocket now:

Can't believe this blade shape isn't more popular here. But then, I never saw it myself until I found BF.

Thank you so much, Jack, for going to the trouble. Always fascinated by the history of everything. Gus(My new, old Lamb) is a treasure. Now let the the Birthday Festivities continue.:)

You're welcome my friend, me too :) I might even get to have a beer before I go to bed! :D

Thanks Jack, I had to look up how cholesterol is measured, your's, UK, is different than in the USA.
Total cholesterol(U.S. and some other countries) Total cholesterol*(Canada and most of Europe)
Below 200 mg/dL Below 5.2 mmol/L Desirable
200-239 mg/dL 5.2-6.2 mmol/L Borderline high
240 mg/dL and above Above 6.2 mmol/L High

Glad you and your friend where able to at least enjoy some time together.

Interesting that it varies so from light to dark, appreciate the info.

I try...I have a sweet tooth, lots of sugar in bananas and apples...but it makes me think I'm doing something good.:D

For me it was Chubby Checker and The Twist...

Sorry Preston, I never thought about that! I don't know a great deal about it either, but according to what I read my score is less than average (5.7) here.

Great tunes guys, but yes, Lambsfoot content please

Thanks Vince :) To use it is to love it ;) I've noticed a few 'innovative' modern folders with very similar blade-shapes, sometimes call them a 'Reverse Tanto'! :D

Copycats! Well, the lambsfoot is WAY better!
Remember: don't wear your birthday suit tomorrow (like that guy dc50 dc50 posted on Wednesday)! ;)

What a beautiful dramatically lit shot of your trio.

mitch4ging mitch4ging - Thank you Dennis. We’re all in the same ballpark. Just keep doing what you’re doing. It’s perfect.:)
Thank you very much, Harvey!:)
Found this Lamb, dirt cheap. It had the look I love with the older ones. Has a few issues, but plenty of life left. The Tang is marked Hale Forge, Sheffield. Fearless Leader and resident Sheffield Cutlery Expert, Jack Black Jack Black may be able to provide more details. I’ve already named it...Gus.

Thank you, Harvey,:D Unfortunately, we were just informed the prospective buyer for our place just backed out. :( So it's up for sale again...
Ah, hate to hear that! But I bet you guys get another bite real soon!
Hey folks I've been away for a bit I got sick spent 9 days in the hospital got back home and been going for treatments so not much time spent on here. Much better now so I'm back.
Some time back I ordered a Rodgers lambsfoot barlow but what I received was a clip point. The dealer told me to keep the clip point and he would send the correct knife no charged and was very nice about it. I noticed the clip had extremely poor fit and finish and thought it was junk. The dealer did what he said and sent the lambsfoot so I opened the box and out came my Rodgers lambsfoot problem is it's so poorly constructed I would be afraid to use the knife which is a shame because at first glance she's a beauty. The tang is to me just plain weird there is a bad gap on the spine tried too capture in these pics. I would steer clear of the new Rodgers knives.

So sorry to hear about your hospitalization! Hope you've recovered fully!
What a disappointment on the knife front!
But at least you got two user/abusers for the price of one!
Saw the early morning sparkly light reflecting on the car’s frosted rooftop...

I knew a guy in the 70's, who always had a great fancy-dress party on his birthday, and every year he'd wear a suit  :D

I got to have a beer anyway, a nice stout from Magic Rock brewery(Head Brewer is from Sheffield) :)

Nice photo, Jack! Have you been practicing your curveball? ;)

My Ironwood Lambsfoot is excited about opening weekend, too. :D
