Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Sorry Preston :D I make plenty of typos myself, but have never been able to resist a corny pun  Thank you for your very kind words :)

Morning folks, fine sunny weather here again today :) I'm off to the docs, then meeting a pal for lunch :) Hope everyone has a great Friday

Enjoy your day, hope your Dr.'s visit goes well...then you can indulge yourself for lunch!
I find the squirrels to be very entertaining. I like to watch them jump from tree to tree and they are also good exercise for my dog when he chases them around. I don't even mind the raccoons and possums, they all remind me that I live in the country. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with bears and wolves like Dave. :D

Thankfully, I don't have squirrels where I live now. When living in the city, I did, they would get into everything and anything. Plus, there was no way to keep them out of the bird feeders...they would eat their way through anything!

Morning, Dave, AC is looking good in that nicely composed photo.
Thanks Harvey.

Thanks Jack.

This is looking like it must be Ashley's Choice, Friday. Not that I mind, just jealous, they are such great lookers!

flatblackcapo flatblackcapo That’s a pretty Lamb.

Found this Lamb, dirt cheap. It had the look I love with the older ones. Has a few issues, but plenty of life left. The Tang is marked Hale Forge, Sheffield. Fearless Leader and resident Sheffield Cutlery Expert, Jack Black Jack Black may be able to provide more details. I’ve already named it...Gus.

Wow, what a score! I love the character and style on that one!
I really enjoy the pics you take by the window next to the old CA plate; really fantastic light for this one!:cool::thumbsup:
That dirty ol' garage window is good for somethin'. I tried to tell my boss that I can't come in until after 2pm or I will miss the good sun in that window for Lambsfoot pics..... I don't think she cares.:D

Outstanding horn Kevin. I have got to get me some of that stuff!
I know a guy who knows a guy. ;):D

Awesome pic Kevin  I bumped into this feller today, with a bike from the 1920's. Thought you'd like the pics

HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY JACK!!!! I hope you didn't drink as much as I did on my 21st!
Thanks for the pics of the cool ol' bike. That saddle looks like it has a few miles on it. :D
Have a great B Day weekend, my friend!

Hey folks I've been away for a bit I got sick spent 9 days in the hospital got back home and been going for treatments so not much time spent on here. Much better now so I'm back.
Some time back I ordered a Rodgers lambsfoot barlow but what I received was a clip point. The dealer told me to keep the clip point and he would send the correct knife no charged and was very nice about it. I noticed the clip had extremely poor fit and finish and thought it was junk. The dealer did what he said and sent the lambsfoot so I opened the box and out came my Rodgers lambsfoot problem is it's so poorly constructed I would be afraid to use the knife which is a shame because at first glance she's a beauty. The tang is to me just plain weird there is a bad gap on the spine tried too capture in these pics. I would steer clear of the new Rodgers knives.

Good to hear that you are home and on the mend.
Sorry ya got a lemon with the Rodgers. It looks like it could have been a nice slim carry.

Nice creamy smooth horn right there.
Thank you, sir.

Nice, very nice!

I hate squirrels, though I hear they're good fried.
@r redden, I'm glad they let you out, and at least those Rodgers knives ended up half price.
Jack Black Jack Black belated happy birthday.

Fodderwing Fodderwing So well captured that I feel I can reach in and touch it.

What type of horn is used by Wright's?
I think they call it ox horn.
Jer, your joints will be working overtime doing the squats, if you drink that Mineral Oil Laxative
I'll be careful. I was just watching a Miss Marple where the killer switched her victim's cough syrup for a bottle of dye.

That bottle is probably at least twelve years old: I shopped at Kroger when I was in Lansing.
