Looks like a great South Texas setup
I wondered if you still had the stainless one. Haven't seen it lately so I figured it left when the Valor came in.
Looks like a great South Texas setup
I understand. Yes it does.We do. But remember, it's not mineNote that I didn't want to put the #20 spring in her gun since it makes the slide harder to rack.
JJ, I understand.Rick, that little Python has dropped a couple of hogs that got a bit too close to some of the hunters' dogs.
...and with that, if my Grandpa or Dad saw me wearing that sh!ttty palm hat, they'd roll in their graves.
At this point in my life (*and at my age), they'd absolutely demand that I'd be be wearing (*at least) a 6X Stetson "Open Road" cover.![]()
...JJ, I understand.
The "Open Road" is a nice cover. Stetson does produce some nice hats.
I had one Stetson decades ago. The ex ended up with it along with a few other things. Oh well. I sweat so bad, even in winter wearing a felt, I overheat.

I understand not wanting to be old.Brother, for me, the Open Road is an "old man" cover. Man, I don't want to be "old".
Speaking of that, and since this is a gun thread, here's a pic of my Dad's "jacket pocket" Colt .380 versus my Ruger LCPII .380...

I got a pile of HSTs too! For my .45s. I shoot Gold Dots out of my 9mms.
