Howdy Uncle JJ!
What model is the black grip gun? The slide looks gray.
Thanks. That’s my nPVD coated 43x. It’s a factory silver slide that came on the 43x and 48. Was discontinued in 2019. I thinkAlone has a nPVD coated 48.

The cutout look like it’s chamfered. We’ll see. I believe they are made by Mecgar, who makes awesome mags for many different gun companies. If it’s got the Glock stamp, I’m sure it will be reliable. If not, I can always sell em.I like Glocks but am not a HUGE Glock guy. Therefore, the first thing that came to my mind was addressing the interface between the metal mag and the polymer mag release.
Will that be a problem, or is the notch on the metal mag designed/engineered (*beveled) in such a way that it is no longer an issue?
I wonder about the mag and factory mag release interaction as well.I like Glocks but am not a HUGE Glock guy. Therefore, the first thing that came to my mind was addressing the interface between the metal mag and the polymer mag release.
