Ok so I know this has been beat to death but this thread put me over the edge to get a 9 and see what all the fuss was about. It finally came today and I finally get the "you have to have a 9" saying. This thing feels amazing light in the hand but at the same time feels like I'm holding a freakin war sword. I can't wait to get out and use it. If your still thinking about buying one, do it! Pictures just don't do it justice, it's awesome.

I wanted some kielbasa when I woke up this morn. Making it happen now for dinner:) Its never smokey enough for me soooo just add oak lol
 
Lost a apple tree last summer to a lightning strike, can't wait for that wood to cure up. Can ya'll say Bacon!!!
 
Hell yeah, that looks good! We did a low country boil a few nights ago. I'm wanting some more already.....only we'll add some King legs this time!

Oh my!!! That looks tasty. If I ever make it down to Sweet Home Bama, It might not be crab unless its Blues, But I will bring the gulf swimps:)
