Man, Great thread. Never had an inkling to go to Hawaii, but where your at and the pics you've shared I don't mind going now. I think just all the touristy stuff on the Islands is what turns me off, I just rather go off the beaten path.

Odd culinary question, do you do anything with the collar or the bloodline?Cut up some Mahi-mahi caught yesterday and panko fry in the wok. Using my Kai. Great kitchen knife at an affordable price.
