I don't post here much, but I see Ulua and I'm thinking "Poke" and Baked are sounding tasty.
Sashimi on a bed of cabbage with Coleman's mustard mixed with soy for the choicest stuff, then heat for the rest. It is a great tasting fish!

These are 'Omilu which are a Trevally family (a bit smaller that Ulua). He hooked one but it snapped the 80# braid straight away!

Aloha week festivals are this week, as well as the Molokai Hoe Men's outrigger canoe race.

Entered a couple of rigs in a impromptu car show.
