HDMC: Heavy Duty Medium Chopper!

^^^Yes, its pretty hard (Impossible) to achieve a perfect balance on a 10 inch chopper with a .275 blade thickness:eek:Regardless The HDMC and BC are both built like a "Tank":thumbsup:Both are simply Most excellent;)

I agree. Knives I can pass down to the next generation!

^^^Yup, I consider Nathan's knives as "Custom Knives" without the "Custom" Prices";):)

EDIT: Make no mistake, I Really, Really like the MC also, from a practicality standpoint it is

a very capable and lighter Chopper! Shit, I guess I Really like all of them:confused::p

Does the HDMC have the same grip size as the Medium Chopper, or is the grip a bit thicker by using the same thickness micarta or terotuf on the thicker metal stock? Can additional liners be added to thicken the grip a bit?

OK, found the answer by reading some earlier posts where a couple of you said it felt more hand-filling than the Medium Chopper.

I'm surprised the 10 Heavy Chopper sale didn't sell out yesterday.

As of now, at the tome of this post, there's only one left there plus the one which you are selling (great price if I may add). Things are a bit slow plus there has been a steady supply of CPK patterns produced by CPK's own expansion. That said, I still maintain that there's a chopper saturation and that folks are chopper'ing out!

I'm missing my adrenalin rush from the heady Fridays sales of the past and folks in here are getting lazy and fat, LOL.

Nathan: choke off that supply line to get these lazy fat bass-turds into shape :D

Plus, a lot of of folks are selling their CPK choppers for the double-edged sword! I just feel the Heavy Chopper will be too close to the BC performance-wise, to justify keeping both. I'm more practical nowadays and if I'm not using it, it's getting sold.

Actually, I think Nathan won't mind at all finally having some stock on the shelves, as he has always wanted to have for those who might order sometime in the future.

As the self-anointed marketer-in-chief and general busy-body, I must overrule Nathan in such a case and forbid shelves used to keep stocked items. Shelves for extra beer and emergency food supplies are approved though
