Imagine one day his own parents might have to pay to help keep him incarcerated. I wish we really under stood what a democracy was about and common good, and it was taught in school. Heck eventually it would be second nature. 100 generations and still a MISS. Then Chris might be ashamed of himself. Integrity requires a premonition in my opinion for someone to have it. We all withhold the open truths on occasion. Yet its only a simple choice to be GOOD. Chris your like a cancer but with a choice. You can keep destroying the host(community). Or you can help fix it and make it better. At this point you really can't be proud of yourself and for that I feel sorry for you. Help yourself!

Guys like this do not care about reputations. He probably has a criminal record and uses the forums to carry knives they cannot afford to obtain legally. Your only chance of being whole again is by pursuing an action through Law Enforcement.

If the USPS was used. You can also file a report with them for investigation of mail/wire fraud. They may already have a file on this jackwagon.

CHRIS TABER, or CHRIS TABERINO what ever his name is strikes again. I bought 2 knives from him, then he texted me and said he would send the 2nd one out, that was 5 days ago and I called and texted and he doesn't answer... I did get the first knife, but not the 2nd. he has an ebay account his name is FRAMELCH. The number he text me from is 508-280-9708. It was addressed chris taberino 108 beacon st s. yarmouth ma 02664-1852. the other knife I did not get was a guardian tactical patron.

Saw this on FB, it is a police contact for those who have been scammed by him to come forward and file a complaint.

Honestly these people keep popping up to make a quick buck off the knife community's backs. These guys are the lowest of the low, if they had any criminal entrepreneurship they would probably be slanging dope like everyone else.

I have no gold membership and so have not really sold, but have done a few trades. I understand that as an unreputed member it is my job to do everything I can to make a member with lots of positive feed back feel comfortable.

This is including things like shipping first. But what if I ship a box of rocks? I would go so far as to videotape myself putting the knives in the package at the post office and handing them to the worker, if that would reassure a member. If someone without a good reputation is not willing to do things like this to make you feel 100% comfortable that knife is not worth it.

A little verbal communication goes a long way too. I like to do a telephone call. Unfortunately the best pro scammers are experts at making their victims feel comfortable. Hopefully they get reported and can't make a career out of it.

Understood, but after checking the linked thread I would have thought at least ONE of those guys would have followed through with LE.
I guess once they got their stuff back, they forgot about it.
That is one of the reasons these guys are able to keep scamming, they’re not held accountable.
I can’t imagine how much he’s gotten away with.
