Help with contacting Roger Linger

Do you mind telling us whether your issue with Roger Linger was ever resolved? If so, in what matter? Thanks so much!

therefore I decided to cancel the order...
I received one mail with the same excuse olso a that time{I am a one man operation bla bla bla}
after I cancel the order No money back No refund and seriously I don't give F.
All my respect goes to Sig.Anthony Lombardo becouse what it says is true!! I meet roger liger in this forum and so on..
I truly break off my heart to see not many buck up friends for RLinger on this thread!

This Roger Linger sounds like a sack of something smelly. Talent or no talent, you don't treat your customers like ATMs and take 6 months or more to deliver goods.

If someone in West Virginia took my money and never offered up my goods in return, I believe I'd have to take a little drive northeast to have a talk face to face.
 
I believe small claims court should be in Mr. Linger's future.
 
For whatever reason I just got an e-mail from BF's with updates on this thread. Funny.

Guess what? I still haven't heard from this scambag. It's been over 8 month since this thread was started and 2.5 years since I gave him my money.
 
that better be one nice ass knife, i would have called the cops or something by now! this is why i'm getting my tracker wsk from tops at least i know mine will come.

Is Linger still a member here? I mean he STOLE money from this man. He also has no remorse about this whole thing. Sounds like a grade-a scumbag and a downright thief. It doesn't seem right that he should be allowed membership at these forums. It's just a matter of time until he screws someone else over here.
 
No fire in my eyes, Mr. Linger. Its possible I misunderstood but it seems to me that, after making full payment, your customers had a reasonable expectation of recieving what they ordered regardless of any misunderstanding on my part.

Since you opened the door to direct communication with me, Mr. Linger, I do have one further question:

You stated that you have had some customers pull out for "impatience" with you and then went on to state that you do not give (interesting choice of words on your part) refunds. Also, you state that you require full payment up front.

So my question is this. How in the world is an "impatient" customer supposed to pull out once you have all of his money and refuse to "give" him a refund?

Riddle me that, Mr. Linger.

i wonder how he can live with himself knowing he owes someone a knife thats was paid for years ago. i think its time for him to take a swim but i dont think that would even bother him.
 
So....???? Anything? There's another thread on BF talking about Linger and his antics... Did ANYBODY receive their knife? Was he at Blade?
 
Man. I'd throw in some money for a collection to get you your money back, or to pay for the gas to get to this guys house.

Oh boy... and I thought that waiting for 6 months for a VW transmission shaft for my T4 Syncro was bad...

I hope you get your knife or you money any time soon. Did you try to take any legal action here Stepa?

Has anyone had any recent contact with Roger? I used to get a response from him after I sent several emails but I haven't had a reply from him since July 2007 when he said my blade would be ready in 10 weeks. I have officially given up on ever seeing the finished product. I will have to chalk up the experience to a bad decision and move on.....its a shame, his work looks fantastic but its been two years since I sent final payment. Oh well, live and learn.:grumpy:
 
Has anyone heard from Roger lately? I have basically given up on my order from 2005, paid in full in July 2006, haven't had any contact with him since July 2007. I used to get sporadic emails from him in reply to my inquiries but now I don't get any. Oh, well, live and learn. I will mark this up as a very bad investment and move on....:thumbdn:
 
Anyone gotten resolution with Roger? He made a knife for me a few years ago and I loved it. He was a great guy to deal with, did everything right and pretty fast. About 8 months later, over 2 years ago I contacted him to order another one like the first. Sent $200.00 deposit and he told me it would be 8 to 10 months out. That was ok at the time but now, it's over 2 years later and I can't get in touch with him. Anybody here know whats up?
