I'd be wearing a baseball cap all the time. Never have seen one, personally, and I'm usually pretty observant of what's going on. Did you hear it or see it first?
My baby sister told me there was a really low flying airplane outside. Looked up and saw that it was a drone. Good thing I didn't have my shotgun.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Atomics_MQ-1_Predator Didn't see any missiles though. Unlike last time. About a year ago one flew over about two hundred fifty feet up. I had my binoculars so I looked to see what it was. It had missiles.

trying to send out a package but address is invalid... is "fort drum, ny 13603" a real place? usps gives me alternative city which is "waterfront, ny 13603" I can't get into contact with this person cause there email is invalid.... already made is item and now I am hesitant to ship... I have no way to contact this person... should I write him a letter to both address and see what happens?

Hmm... that's probably what I'd try first.

I'd rather have someone upset with me because it took an extra few days to ship out their package than someone upset with me because their package ended up somewhere else.

Also, it will be cheaper to have you 1 ounce letter returned then to have to pay postage on the package a second time if it's returned.

Are the goods/services paid for? If so, send it---you arent to blame for getting a bad address
Yes it is, I sent it post office said there is no such place but recommend I get a signature track and confirm just incase no one picks it up, it will get sent back to me. Funny thing is that PayPal says confirmed address and I can't even credit his account if he ever says he never got It because its an invalid email/account, payment went thru, I guess that's all that matters...

After talking to post office they said it doesn't matter which address it gets shipped same zip code so they are both gonna go to same spot. Post office said just get a signature track and confirm, so if no one picks it up or signs off on it, it will ship back to me.

Honestly hope i didnt offend anyone with the pic, it was meant in humor, dark humor maybe but humor none the less.

Yeah that's essentially what I told him before he "explained" his "offer".

He is the seller, he chose the shipping method, he chose not to purchase shipping insurance (which would have been $1.95 on $45 value). Why should I bear any of the risk?

i make it very clear in my sales, that insurance is optional, and that usually it's not required due to USPS reliability, but if the buyer wants it, they can purchase it for an additional amount, if they want, otherwise i'm passing the savings on to them - their choice their responsibility; actual shipping costs; all that. unless i feel an item is weird enough, rare enough, or EXPENSIVE enough, then i fold the costs in.

haven't had a problem yet.

so I stopped at wally after work today to pick up SWMBO some decongestant, checked out the sporting goods section and saw a stainless 18oz Ozark Trail brand mug -- looks and feels like a GSI bottle cup/glacier mug, only half the price... now I have a spare mug. also while wandering around the store I noticed a big refrigerator endcap full of corned beef points with yellow stickers -- they had been marked down from $2/ pound to $1.39 a pound. I bought 5......... roasts.........
just ate 1/2 of one. the rest will be a sammich tomorrow and maybe get diced up and fried in bacon grease with onions and taters for breakfast Thursday.

Took a little walk around at LBL today, the lake was pretty nice and we got a flyover.

Murph. Are you looking for a second one now? You have the woodland camo one right?

A third, actually. I have an OD one and a camo one. Now I'm after a large OD version.

I was just telling Derek about those gsi knockoffs last night. A buddy of mine bought one.

Apparently they sleep during the day. I came home, turned my stereo on and pointed the speakers towards the ceiling. Then turned on Lamb of God on Pandora. That should be a fairly snark-ish introduction.

i had a friend with neighbors like that. seems he had an old school panel in his closet, an in between from the new stuff downstairs (locked) but leading to separate upstairs stuff. when they got JUST loud enough, he'd flick their power on and off, simulating a brownout of something. they'd turn it down, and the power would stay on. got too loud? flick flick flick. down. later, he got it down even further :) automating that would be just like having one of those "no bark" collars :D

it's not bad looking -- could be made from the same dies.

I had a knockoff I bought in Cali before I had ever heard of a glacier mug. I used it a lot up until it was stolen. Then I replaced it with a GSI. GSI felt a lot more sturdy. Heavier gauge steel maybe.

Still in the shop right now, work work work. Just stepped out to take a piss, its raining AND snowing at the same time. I have never seen nor heard of this. Very strange. That is all, back to work. Gentleman.
