Was thinking that I was going to have to wait on an order for some cast bullets before I could load anymore 9mm ammo to shoot, but I just found about 250 115gr fmj bullets!!! I should really clean up my reloading area more often and open boxes once in a while. Looks like I have a little reloading to do on my days off this week.

On a cheerful note, my copy of Bushcraft by Mors Kochanski came in the mail yesterday and it's a pretty dang sweet book. I'd reccomend it thus far, its a goldmine.

This week Ubuntu sent me an update that gave my machine kernel panics (GPU lockups actually, I think), and the damn tools don't offer good rollback features. Or the packages were no longer available...??
So.. decided to roll forward to 12.10 instead of fixing 12.04.1

Apparently I had one bad package and the installer failed to install any of the new versions of all my non-default packages...
And then to add injury to insult, it blew away /usr/local too. That's effing sacred, yo.
So I'll be looking for a new distribution once I have time to waste screwing with my computer again.

that's awesome Paden. Anyone else who bids on the bay hate getting sniped? just lost a Reinhardt Combat Kuk BY $2.50 in the last 10 seconds :grumpy: it's probably a good thing though because i didn't really want to be sleeping in the backyard.
 
On friday I ordered a bk13 and the book "Bushcraft" by mors kochanski (flippin great book btw) off that big river website and my book arrived yesterday, however, my remora still hasnt even shipped! drat....
 
As the sun sets over Barlow.. getting ready for a hiking trip to middle Tennessee! Be gone a few days. Somebody keep an eye on Ark for me.
