Hey Sal!!! When?? Knifeworks Ti/Carbon Fiber/S90V Military

Wonder if it'll be the standard peel ply CF or the CF used on the KC Cruwear Manix.

There's no difference in the quality, it's just that one has a textured surface, the other is relatively smooth. I'm really looking forward to this version too!

I'd be happy with either. I like the peel ply they use. If it's the smoother of the two it would be more unique as it has never been used on a Millie.

I prefer the textured version. If it is similar to the CF used on the Southern Grind Bad Monkey then I will be extactic.

Odds are high that it'll be the peel-ply, though I don't have any inside knowledge.

Let me do a little research and I'll try to circle back with an ETA. ;)

Talked to KW's a 2 or 3 weeks ago and they said they have a "large amount" of the 204P Millies left in stock..they might be waiting until those sell out?

I'm not surprised KnifeWorks still has plenty of the Military CTS-204P Green G-10 in stock. It was released last year shortly before Military 52100 CF Sprint and a short time after that the production model Military S110V Blue (Blurple) G-10 came out. All three with CQI updates. The recent Sprint Runs and Dealer Exclusives have mostly had runs of 1,200 pieces.

This year there are at least two Military Sprints Runs / Dealer Exclusives coming out:

  1. Military CPM-M4 Natural G-10 BladeHQ (USA)
  2. Military CPM-S90V TI CF with R.I.L. Lock KnifeWorks (USA)

And, for better and worse, the Military has never been as popular as smaller, less expensive Spyderco folders, although over the years for me it's become the folder that would be my very last knife.

Great! Thanks, Kristi! I can start rolling my change $$. It'll be pricey, but nice.

April or May! Hell yes! Thats enough time to squirrell away the cash for 2

I am carrying at this moment a Franken-Millie made up with the RIL lock side from the original KW exclusive, the orange non-lock side scale from the orange S30V sprint, and an M390 blade from the KW (? - I think...) M390 exclusive (or was that a sprint...don't remember). Since it resulted in two other knives becoming incomplete, it's easily the most expensive Military I own, but it's possibly my most favorite knife, other than a Sebenza my boys gave me for Christmas a few years back.
