HOG only speacial

Nothing like Busse used to be. Even in the two years I have been here, HOGS became HOGS to be part of the group, not to get "good" deals on knives. Anyone can become a HOG now, so it has ruined the whole specialness, or mystique for me.

Exactly. This came up before on the subject of e-Hogs. If Jerry says you're a Hog, then you're a Hog. We are all equal at the Trough. (some of us are just quicker and craftier :D )

I've wanted HOG status since I started posting here, but never figured on it until I managed to get to a Blade show. I'm grateful for the chance and plan on getting an official induction at next years show. I didn't ask to be a HOG to get a discount on a knife, actually, I didn't ask at all. I feel like I've made some contributions here on the forum, and enjoy my time here with some great people. It's like a second family to me.

That said, I won't feel like a real HOG until I get to meet some of you in person, down a few drinks, listen to some good stories, and maybe get some of Amy-O's cheesecake and watch Skunk do the snoopy dance. THEN I'll feel better about it. Well, I might not feel so good if I watch Skunk do the snoopy dance, but you know what I'm sayin'....

maybe so Jaxx, but when I sent my e-mail to become a "IHOG" there was not any speacial knife offering no ganzaa just the intrest of being apart of this community. Funny how all of a sudden we have all these new "IHOGS" now that there is a HOG ONLY offering Friday night.
 
I think what's good for Busse IS good for the HOGS. Bringing fresh blood in means more lively discussion on the forums, more traffic through the trading forum, and more faces to get to know at the next Blade. And of course more business for Busse. I look forward to shaking the man's hand and meeting some of you guys down the road. :thumbup:
 
the more HOGS at the table.....the quicker the trough gets wiped out.....the quicker it needs to be restocked:thumbup:
the design changes ,fresh ideas turn to old classics.....so is the Circle of INFI;)
 
Well, I'm surely no HOG (I can still count the number of Busse knives I own on one hand). So I guess I'll have to settle for a HOG SF Natural Outlaw LE CG.

...right?
