Holy BK20 Bundok Beckerman!

I was surprised to find out the sheath for the BK20 doesn't have the piggyback sheath for the BK13 Ramora. Just a pocket.

Anyone thinking of sharpening the clip? Or maybe that entire false edge on th back :)

The back of the knife is not so much a false edge as it is just relieving the corners. There is still a good 5/32" or so of flat space on the back, so you wuold need to do a heck of a lot of grinding lol!

Finally it's here ! WOWWWA ! This is going to be my fav. Big Blade ! Kabar's machine work is getting so much better starting with the 21 and now the 20 . I'am talking about around the start of the edge near the handle ,I like how it's rounded . Thank's Ethan and KaBar for another HOMERUN !

I just noticed that too . But the 13 with its sheath fits . Wish they would have made room for the 11/14/24 . Oh well I'am sure glad to have bought this deal ! Damm love the 20 !

Turned out good brudda. It looks like I took a bit more off in the manip?

I just shaved part of my face with my bk20 after convexing the edge

Gawd...fo' real...I just finished reprofiling mine with a slight convex at around 20dps. With only a corse and fine diamond it's shaving easily. If I ever get around to stroping it, man...prob be in vain tho since it won't last. I'm so happy with this Blade, my others are jealous. Still have yet to give the 21 a serious go. It arrived while I was gone over Easter and work really killed any chance of woods time up until the night before I left for the gathering. Now this has drawn most of my attention lol.

I received my first set on Monday, the second set came today. I've always wanted a BK9, and still haven't bought one but now after having this BK20 in hand I'm not sure if I'll ever get a BK9. I'm glad I bought two BK20's. The Bundok just feels right in the hand, the profile is a perfect blend of the clip and drop points (I'm not a fan of traditional Bowie profiles or clip points either, blasphemy to some perhaps). I've got an old peach tree out back that died last summer, this may be the chopper to do the work. I freaking love this blade so far!

After saying and thinking I wasn't going to buy one, mine showed up today. Don't know what I'll do with a 3rd Machax and an extra 5, but......that Bundok is MINE, I tell you! All MINE! Mwahahahahaha!!!!

Though I still can't believe I caved - it's pretty impressive in hand. Gonna put it to some use this weekend.

throw the 4 away, give me the 5

btw, Fiskars now makes VERY nice demolition hammers from 2 lb to 10 lbs :D

Should be here today!! I don't know when they deliver but I kinda wanna stay up all day and wait for it. (I work nights)

My "backup" arrives late this afternoon - ordered it before the first arrived. After receiving my first, I was glad I ordered a second one too.

Mine landed today. Its everything that I wanted the thicker Camillus era BK-9 to be and then some. Very different knife than the 9. I totally understand why people are saying its not a replacement, its just a different knife.

I'm very impressed at how universal the love for the Bundok is, I have yet to see a post saying anything negative about it.
