I agree with the previous statements. If you need a little work done, just hold a gathering ;) 30 or so Beckerheads would be a crazy workforce ;)
 
Thanks guys, appreciate it. Even better news, my mom told me she would pay the other half, and I can just make payments to her interest free. It just keeps getting better. Beckerhead gathering, haha. We'd be packed in like sardines.
 
Sure the vehicles would be lined up down the drive way.... but we could remove enough trees to make hammock space for everybody ;)

Right, but that doesn't appear to be anywhere near the pretty parts. Obviously there's a reason it has a population of, like, 2.

Which would be great if there was anything there but nothing as far as the eye can see. $400K? Fuggetaboutit. There's got to be something else going on there that we're not seeing. I can get 5-100 secluded, wooded acres in East TN with a house on it for 1/3, maybe 1/4 of that price; it mainly depends on how close to a job center you want to be. With nothing even resembling the truly awful winters in SD. (obviously we're not talking super nice houses in that price range, but you get the idea)

Hot diggety damn, the wife ordered us a few of those cheap Serbian mess kits the other day, and they came in too. Woo hoo. She had a 10 dollar coupon, and 2 mess kits were $13.49, so it wasn't much in the way of cost. I think $6 shipping.

I tired to get a knife off the exchange today and people just don't like shipping to Canada :(
