Nice knives!! I call those blades "Feather Damascus".
Are they factory or custom, A??

Very nice Charlie, I remember Holly Street from when I was a kid

Roberts is a fairly common name in Sheffield, Tweedale lists 11 Roberts cutlery firms
Glad you like it, Jack! Goins and Levine list several "ROBERTS" also.

So much fun to wake up a thread!!:)
This knife could go in the French knives thread, but I don't remember what that thread is called.
Anyway, this knife is from Fontenille-Pataud Gilles, and is called a Capuchadou.
I am told the horn is from Zebu cattle in Kenya. They would like to use French cattle horn, but the farmers mostly trim their horns when young so the prime tips are gone!
The fit and finish is great, walk and talk nice and firm and smooth! Lapis Lazuli adorns the "clover" which is one piece with the spring, and the file work looks great to me!!

The scratches you see are on the scanner glass, and not the knife!

Oh my! That's stunning!

Even though the knife is nearly 3 7/8" it feels smaller in the pocket, Will - strange.
Thanks Matt and Will for the nice comments!!
