Corey that reddish D'Holder actually looks like Kudu horn. Can't remember if we used that on the D'Holders though. I'll have to see if I can find any info on it. Beautiful collection!!

P.S. - Yes that's definitely Kudu, we did 50 for A.G. Russell in Sept. 2008.

Horn handles!! Top two are from A.Wright in better days; a Lambsfoot, and an Ettrick!! Third is a W.Saynor pruner, and the fourth is a Joseph Rodgers pruner!!
All have feather-cut horn for exhibition or display!!

Lambsfoot, I think, but you and Jack Black are the experts concerning the difference. You'll have to ask one of them for the difinititive answer.
My understanding is a sheepsfoot's spine is parallel to the edge, whereas a lambsfoot tapers down tang to tip. I may well be incorrect, however.
