Haha, lutefisk tastes like crap... Sursild can be good though.

My wife is Swedish, so we have Lutefisk, Sursild and salmon on Christmas Eve every year. I agree with you on the Lutefisk, it seems like aba idea to mix lye with your food. :thumbup:
