How about a "Show your GEC model 73's"

... here are the other two I recently got in the mail - love each of them - great pattern and design!

I prefer the two bladed though.

I prefer the two bladed though.

Very nice Andi! I love the first one with the long pull and nail nick with the UN-X-LD stamped in the blade. I have never seen that one.:)

That one is is one of the few Northfield Ebony models. Ebony is usually only used on the Tidioute line.

Forgot this one. GEC #73 Scout linerlock with end cap.

Hmm, there isn't anything in the OP about the 73s only being folders...

Thanks :) A couple more not in a group pic. I'm pretty sure this user ebony is different than the one above. One was a short run with factory left overs and the other was regular production. The black micarta one and the hemlock bone one are ones I picked up in the exchange a couple of months ago.

What a great pattern, one of GEC's best! Lots of beauties in here, really digging the fixed blade 73's!

Classic Case, that's a collection bro!!

Nice collection there Classic Case! I really wish GEC would do another run with end caps. it makes the knife look so much better.

a rare-oh prototype yellow with clip and spey-only 2 made so they tell me.

That yellow bone looks really nice! How did you score a prototype? Do you have an inside source?

My only two as of now.

Just couldn't let this thread die away without adding to it.

Great pair Brett!!

I was able to get this #73 Jack recently as well. It is 1 of 6 made in 2012 with leftover blades from 2008.
