How did you find BladeForums.com?

Heard about it through Kysa. I also checked out KFC and GFC since finding this place. I found out that bladeforum is THE place to be. No flame wars, enough BS to keep it fun and I find the folks here to be much deeper thinkers than those found elswhere. Lots of thought provoking material and a friendly atmosphere. Thanks Kysa!

Dumb luck?

I found out about Swordforums.com over at KFC. And then couldn't remember the url (Swordforums.com, hmmmm, something must have been wrong with me that day

). To make a...short story shorter, i just typed this in and have stayed ever since.

Actually several customers told me about this site. I'm new on the web and was still learning about it when someone (sorry, I don't remember who)told me that he had seen a picture of the REKAT/Spyderco project and recommended that I check you out. GREAT tip! I think I'll stay.
 
My own questions about the impending Y2K adventure reminded my of a life-long interest in edgy things (and firearms), and I began surfing for information.

Doug Ritter's 'Equipped to Survive' site -> knifeforums -> bladeforums.

Somehow I think I picked it up off of the ABC-DIRECT site, But not really for sure. Very glad I did find it!!!!!
 
After a moderator on another site was immoderate to a poster, I decided I was never going to be comfortable there. Since I was not then aware of BladeForums, I went back to rec.knife and found the reference by lucky accident.
