How do you guys feel about China copies?

The way I deal with it is this:
Let's pretend for a second I like the design/ergos of the Sebenza, but don't want to spend $400+ getting one. If I see a Kevin Johns KJ007 or something, that happens to look just like a Sebbie, I might be willing to give it a chance. If the same knife is actually STAMPED CRK and sold as a real Sebbie though, no way.

So, what I'm hearing is; you want a Sebenza but don't want to pay for a Sebenza?...

Wha? If that's what you're "hearing" it may be time for a hearing aid. I said if I wanted a knife in the style of the Sebenza(and I don't, I find it ugly), I would be perfectly fine buying a knock off(as long as it was well made and actually labelled as such, I wouldn't want something labeled Sebenza or CRK unless it actually WAS a CRK Sebenza, just like I wouldn't want something labelled Kershaw, Spyderco, or Cold Steel that wasn't), because frankly, in the real world the differences in tolerances between a Sebbie and dozens of other knives isn't gonna be noticed if you're not walking around with a micrometer in your pocket to test and confirm it. So yeah, if(and I repeat, if) I liked the style of the Sebbie, I'd be fine with a well made knockoff(not a full on counterfeit), since the real one simply isn't worth $400 to me.
