Thanks again Ken. I'm sure you'll be seeing it again along with several others of mine.Glad you got it and hopefully it arrived safely. I look forward to hearing your and others thoughts on it.
I enjoyed my time with it.
It de-skined, diced and de-grizzled a couple pounds of chicken since the last date with the hones. It should still be plenty sharp though. I wish I could better capture the patina at this point. The polished bevels even took a slight patina. It's pretty![]()
it's safe as well, sorry, sick baby int eh house, not getting on the computer much at the moment,
can't wait to start using it for something, although that edge gives me pause, is it possible to cut yourself from just looking at a knife? I'm starting to think it might be![]()
I used to be able to take decent photos and videos. Somehow I lost the ability/motivation to do it, I guess.
OK guys, looking for some help. Trying to decide between this knife and the Kitchen Utility knife. Any input is appreciated - pros/cons of each.
My use would be general kitchen use, both home and in camp.
Thanks for the great pictures!
I'm especially glad to see the sheath. I thought maybe we carried it in our teeth or something when not in use.
Er, not that we don't.
