Of the above, 3 are fixed, 5 manual, 6 autos, 12 assisted, 5 multi-tools and I rotate 6 of them through my EDC.

but the real answer to how many knives is simply that I don't have enough.:)

I had to go and look but I currently have 25 folders and 8 fixed. I was thinking I had too many and maybe it was time to sell some, but now I think I am way behind most here and better keep buying. :o

EDC/work I carry one, a SAK, weekend it is usually two with the SAK and my BM710HS.

Hunting it is always an old Marbles my Dad gave me for sentimental reasons.

I'd say about 35-40 fixed blades and between 250-270 folders, I've spent the last 10 years tryin' to get a handle on what I have, catalog it and assign values to what I paid for what when and the current estamated value of each knife, with a pic and description of the knife.

You know it looks funnier in print than when I say what I want to do.
 
Um, not nearly as many as I have drooled over. In fact, I have enough, except for some reason I really don't believe that. ha ha.

MSRP at introduction, current MSRP, qty, condition, steel, purchase date etc.

Once set up it's easy to maintain but I'm always behind on updating it :o

i have ~ 60 or 70 not counting kitchen knives and the like, mostly folders, most of 'em in LNIB shape (i'm a collector i suppose), as far as edc the only things i carry nowadays is either a custom ermerson CQC13, a production emerson CQC12, or a spyderco Ti ATR, every now-and-again i carry a fixed blade, only in the winter, and it would be either a bud nealy 5" M2 pesh kebz w/the MASS sheath system or a polkawski companion, every now and again, when deer/turkey/hog hunting i will wear my mad dog SEAL ATAK2 just for fun, and when i bike (3X a week) i carry a spyderco police SE.

i used to have more knives, close to 100, almost all production stuff, a LOT of BM prototypes/pre-pro's/1st pro runs/etc and early spydercos, and still have a few of those, but now most of my stuff is custom, the only production i ever carry (other than when biking) is my spyderco Ti ATR, i really really like that design, in fact the last few weeks thats been what i have been edc'ing, i have 2 PE TI ATR's, 1 SE Ti ATR and a SE SS ATR, like i said i really like the ATR FWIW.
