I play guitar and drums. Here's a pic of my custom les Paul from Bob rusch in western New York.
Nice^^
Obviously mine doesnt compare, but I have one of the 2008 Les Paul Standards with the partial hollow body thing. Cherry Burst coloration I think. My dad gifted it to me when I was only a couple years into playing. I only had an old squire at the time, so it was a much appreciated upgrade. Its funny because I remember him telling me that the one he was going to get me originally, he was told couldnt be sold since it had a "blemish". He asked the guy what the blemish was, and the guy told him it was as if you had taken a quarter and just lightly tapped it on the back of the guitar in one spot. They deemed it "unsellable" and were likely going to take a ban saw to it instead

THATS how picky Gibson is when it comes to quality control and thier reputation... But in the end my dad ended up getting one that looked just as awesome. I love it and still play it six years later, but if Im honest, I dont play as much as I used to. Other interests have taken over I guess
Its also worth mentioning that I dont really consider myself to be a "guitar guy", as I know very little about guitar related things. Guitar guys who hear that I play guitar always start firing questions at me pertaining to amps, pickups, pedals, etc, and I always feel awkward not knowing much about what they are talking about...

It always dampens their excitement when I have to explain that I dont understand a word theyre saying
I just play songs that I know and learn songs that I wanna know. I was never much good at music theory and for the life of me cant remember more than a couple scales. So I guess Im not really a guitar player in the traditional sense, I just play guitar.....
That said, here she is:
