Yes he did. He missed being there terribly.

The reason I'm "stuck" here, is because of the wife's elderly parents. They moved here from Florida to be near my wife. They're both 90. I've talked about moving several times, but she doesn't want to because of her parents. She sorta surprised me the other night though, saying she would want to move north, as in Minnesota, or perhaps the Upper Peninsula. I'm game, but still can't do it right now.

Well, good on ya for taking care of the in-laws - or just being ready to.

I've been saying to my wife that I want to live somewhere cooler for years. She's not a fan. She's a skinny little thing that I doubt I'll get north of I-20. She'd probably move to Mexico quicker. I keep telling her to eat more donuts. She doesn't listen.

My wife was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. Her dad purchased a summer home in Vermont when she was 2. Her family spent every summer there, so she loves that northern/cooler weather. The wife and I both love the winter. We even got married in the winter.

More donuts, haha.

I'd like to live somewhere that there is a point in the year where it's cool after 5 p.m. and there are still a few hours of sunshine left to enjoy.

Well, venturing over here for the first time last week I ended up with a BK9 from the exchange. After 2 days of owning it, and one more trip over here, and now have a 5 and 15 on the way. Help!

Certainly. We'll help. You now need a Machax and a 16. Probably best to get another 9 as well, you know, dual wielding 9s. Hmm. Forgot the little guys. An 11 and a 24. Better get them also..

BeeKay said it. We'll help talk you into buying more. Go get a 4, they're pretty cheap right now. While you're at it get a 2, 7, 10, 12, 14, and 16.


So I'm finally getting around to editing my BK4 footage. Holy crap, recorded 2 hours of video. I don't think I've ever recorded that much for a single video. This is gonna be one long video.

Bunch of enablers we are. I like an 11 for EDC nice small and very useful :D
 
Got the footage cut in half from two hours to one. Should be able to get it down to 30 min or less. Gotta remember to talk more when I'm videoing.

Figured maple might happen, or some sort of nice burl wood, mosaic pins. I'll do the same treatment to the BK6 I've got sitting around unfinished, and have a matched set.
