How much snark could a snarksnark snark if a snarksnark could snark snark?

Geez, you guys, I am not set up for this kind of commitment. I forgot to mention I got an 11 in the bundle with the 9. That 4 is calling my name, though. Ooh boy...

Well... because its calling your name... I'd say get it :D

Beautiful looking property WW!

Just ordered a kydex BK4 sheath off the bay from trailbum. I really don't dig the open back sheaths that most folks make so when I saw his I jumped on it.

Excellent choice. You're gonna love it....but only in a "best buds" sort of way.

And why do you need a shorter driveway? It's not like you have to shovel snow off of it.

Hahahaha!

......although mine is exactly long enough and wide enough to park two cars, and it was STILL too long for shovelling this winter. At least I didn't lose either one to the snowplows.....

My driveway is wide enough to park two cars and long enough for the snowplow to park a 4 foot high and two foot wide snow bank at the end.

I know that pain brother. Mine is 2.5 cars wide and 3 cars long, at the end of a corner on a crescent... even on a small snow day there is over a foot of snow at the end of mine :(

it's things like this that remind me of why i have a tractor.
that, and it was cheaper to buy a new tractor than to rent a badly used skid steer for the summer when we were building the house.

I can't even fit a snowblower in my 1 car garage......that's why the cars are parked in the driveway.......

i'm still learning on mine. got some basics down, and love the backhoe, but there are some limits i have to get over. like wavy ground, and bumps. i keep imagining i'm going to roll it ;P

got a very good book, which is confidence inspiring and good for skills.

today, i spent 30 minutes watching a guy in a medium size excavator with the articulated bucket. nice. smooth. i want one of those now.

could be a backup job :D

Been saving up for a new pack for school and other things, and I think I've narrowed it down to either an osprey comet or a 511 covert 18, not sure though.

Also, any of you heads going to be at or near SMKW tomorrow? Stopping there on our way home

if you're not worried about tire punctures, you might comsider buying a 55 gallon drum of washer fluid or RV antifreeze (roughly $50 and you get nice clean steel barrel when it's all gone) and fill your tires with the liquid. This adds significant weight (nominally 8 pounds per gallon), lowers your tractor's center of gravity, and adds stability on slopes.

Im gone for a while and they start discontinuing blades??? I'm glad I found my way here last night! I ordered the next to last BK15 from a certain distributor on the river site. Always wanted one but never got around to it, had to jump the gun last night. Good thing mama cant tell the difference between all my knives. :D

Snow!? What the hell is 'snow'?

Snow is precipitation in the form of flakes of crystalline water ice that falls from clouds. Since snow is composed of small ice particles, it is a granular material. It has an open and therefore soft, white, and fluffy structure, unless subjected to external pressure. Snowflakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes.

Welcome back  Might as well grab a double of a 4 and 5 if you already have one ;)

So I'm sitting on some rocks fishing and have a walleye on the line and just as I'm about to lift it out of the water a big pike grabs the walleye and takes off. Fought it for like 10 seconds before it finally let go. Igot the walleye in minus some scales and let it go. I've heard of it happening before, but it had never happened to me. Pretty cool experience.

I think that's the white stuff, not sure but what is this stuff called rain... over here in CA, it's been 100+ and now 4 wild fires going on.

Ahhh. I've heard of that. Australia pretends to have it in some parts so I couldn't be sure. I think we call it 'cloud dandruff'.

Awesome isn't it? I have had that happen with a yellow perch getting grabbed by a pickerel a few years ago. Landed the perch and released with a dinged up rear 3" and tail...

Not bad for a quick little pick up from Derrick.
