I'm reminded of the time my father-in-law and I were out for a leisurely drive in the mountains over by Newport (we're talkin' serious moonshine country, folks), and saw a young tow-headed boy walking along the road with only one shoe on.
I rolled down the window and asked, "What'sa matter son, you lose a shoe?"
"No, dumbass," he replied curtly. "Ah done found one."
I sure do have an opinion. Probably so does almost everyone here.Thinking about stripping my new 9. Anyone have an opinion as to strip or no? Advantages?

New tires are expensive. $ 1300 later I should have new skins for my Jeep.

Just wanted to say, if any of you guys are wondering what to get me for my birthday, or Christmas, or a belated Father's day gift.....I would suggest this:

Can't get a word in edgewise, or I might.Just tell your wife you don't feel like listening to her blather on endlessly. Then she'll want you to go.![]()

How many 9s do you have? if the answer is > 1, I say go for it: that way, if you don't like the outcome, you still have one to use. If you do like the outcome, you have 1 of each! it's a win-win!
If this is your first, I say use it before you strip it, that way you'll know if you want to strip it or if you like the look of well-worn coating. I lean more towards the latter, plus I'm too lazy to strip mine.

Now moving on to the fingerboard station for some weighted hangs.
