How would you describe the condition of this knife?

I do, but I'm the kinda guy that holds a grudge. I'm not involed in this in anyway, but I will never conduct a transaction with you based on this, traded back or not.

It all works out.

Some folks won't conduct a transaction with anyone who's been around less than 6 months...

Just do the tradeback, offer up a little cash for the guy's trouble and shipping and put it behind you. We all mess up sometimes being optimistic in our gear, this certainly won't prevent you from trading in the future and I was more than happy with my end of our trade.

Don't worry this won't scar your presence here, just do right by everybody and handle it.

Already been handled.

Cheers.

Got my knife back today. Everything's resolved smoothly, and I suppose the cash I lost on shipping is a cheap lesson about asking for pics beforehand.

Piper have you offered to reimburse the buyer's shipping costs?

Why is that the business of anyone but the two parties involved.

Some folks just love these pillow fights.

Stick a fork in it I think it's done.

What an incredibly stupid question, dripping with hypocrisy, followed by an unprovoked insult.

Why are any of the details of this trade "the business of anyone but the two parties involved"? Why are you posting in this thread?

I assumed that after 62 posts on this topic everyone had seen enough warning signs to make their own personal decision on whether or not to deal with the party involved.

Some of these threads are reminiscent of a ladies tea party, they love to talk about the pafticipant that just left, and it is never flattering chatter.
