How you used your EDC today?

Well I used my 1950's vintage Henkel Stockman while doing some flower planting and rose bush maintenance. Slicing open those planter pots that rose bushes come in and triming the rosebuses of dead heads. I am really starting to appreciate how much fun a slipjoint is. :D

Did he say Dead Heads? And why mess with their Rose Buses how are they supposed to get to the shows?

Just used my Dozier Toothpick to cut some fanbelts of my ressurected 68' Chevy Pickup.

Didn't anyone ever tell you that you'll spoil your turtles like that? You think they get their food cut in half in nature?? :)

LOL, well actually in nature they wouldn't be eating grapes yet. The two turtles I was doing this for are still too young really for vegies. They are still in the "insect" stage. Eventually they will eat everything from meat, to vegies, and still insects too.

I have 4 Eastern Box Turtles. Two of them are hatchlings that we incubated from eggs. They are about 4 now I beleive. (We had owned the parents but let them go after three of the eggs hatched. One hatcling died young.) One of them, an adult, was givin to us after a lady found it crossing the highway. It is missing a left rear foot, but still gets around fine. (Pretty fast for a gimp too! ;) ) The last was from a man who found it in his back yard. It is quite young, probably around 2 or 3.

Off topic: T. Erdelyi,
I just got two live DVD's recently that you might want to check out if you don't have already. Live from the Vault IV and the Closing of WinterLand on New Years '78. I love 'em.
