HUNT Crooked River

The more I see these, the more I want one. Such a nice looking knife. I certainly don't need another knife... but I sure do want this one.

The 15080 has the same build as the 810 Contego except for two factors.

1.) the blade on the Crooked River is thinner.
Contego - .156"
Crooked River - .130"

2.) the liners on the Crooked River are thicker.
Contego - .050"
Crooked River - .060"

Same HD pivot as the Contego, Loco and Adamas - .270"

Hey Keyman - you planning on making some scales for this one? The piece you set aside there? Maybe some CF?

Nice on the ironwood scales there, sounds sweet!

Darn it, make a "mini" version Benchmade! Very nice you guys.

I can't decide which handle to pull the trigger on. The gray one has grown on me the most so far but the wood looks good, too.

This is a very good looking folder! Congrats to those who already scored.

Just sent my wood scaled version back to benchmade because the scale was cracked down by the lanyard hole...

Just ordered the wood version after seeing all the pics on this thread, the orange accents will have to go though, is there anyone offering scales and spacers yet? Can other spacers be used?

What do you wood scales guys think about their long term durability especially around the lanyard hole and body screws? Based on what I've seen and read it seems to be a possible weakness.
