Zippos are cool, but the fluid evaporates out so they aren't very practical. You just can't beat a Bic. Would be nice if they offered transparent models so you could see how much fluid is left in them.
So is the "obs" in the definition for obscure?Huh, evidently ponent means relating to the west. That's actually a new one on me too.

two weeks notice is a luxury i guess.
looking hard.
we'll see.
still, i'll pony up some money, and see about getting some new Becker merch soon.
Or, get one of the windproof lighters at WallyWorld for 3-4 bucks. Clear bottom and comes with a refill canister as well. Best outdoor lighter for the $$ ever.

Hey Bladite, sorry about the job drying up. Ethan may need a man-servant. It'd be a good gig, pays in steel and travel included.

I got a off the wall question for you guys, anybody ever heard or had any experience with I guess whats called shadow people? Dark shadow like figures that show up, disappear, stand in doorways and whatnot. I've done a little research on them, never really believed in that kind of stuff, but supposedly there legit. Also, supposedly they are harmless but who knows. Anybody know anything? Thoughts?
Fun fact for the day: Cocobolo is a serious contact allergen, because it contains quinones, including being the sole source of obtusaquinone. It also contains S-4'-hydroxy-4-methoxydalbergione, and R-4-methoxydalbergione. Those chemicals are naturally-occurring plant defenses against fungal, and other predator attacks (which evidently includes woodworkers, knifemakers, and jewelry collectors).
