I just ordered a limited edition bk16!

Its a damn sweet blade & the sheath is pretty awesome but the sucker does not feel right in my hand, I think its the back end of the knife for me.........WTF
Anyways mine is going up for-sale also. bummer

Just asking what I paid.
@LiveItLoad-I'm gonna borrow a few of your pics to sell my blade, hope that cool brother...

It really doesn't fit my hand well either. Same deal, not much of a place to put my little finger. I was gonna make her a user, but I'm having second thoughts now. Just keep it as a collector probably.

Hey Flexxx, how does the grip feel compared to the esee 4? I figured you would be most likely to know.

How come i'm apparently the only one who aint go his FPR yet??? I bet it came while I've been gone...my brother denies my gettin a package, but I'm startin to think he done stole me Knife!!!!

:)

I haven't been a Beckerhead for even a year yet, but real good photos of Tweeners had just started arriving when I became active on the forum and man was it love at first sight for what at the time we called the mini-camp, now the BK16. So it's a g.d. weird feeling to be holding one in my hand today for the first time. Even weirder to know that this one is MINE. And after the kerfluffle of the announcement that they were going to be a FFG, I'm so stoked to have a sabre version. It's just the aesthetics; I'll still get a FFG and and thinking I might actually end up using that one more.

I haven't got mine either. I thought it was going to come today, but it looks like it didn't go out. Monday, I guess. :(

Last Friday or Saturday, whichever day it was they came out. The damned thing was sitting in Illinois for two days before it continued on. For the $13 shipping charge, you'd think I might have gotten it sooner. It's sitting at the SLC UPS hub as we speak, and has since 5:00 AM this morning.

Now, if I can just keep my knife from getting stolen off my porch while I'm at work on Monday, all will be well.

I used the 5$ shipping code, I wonder if that sped it up over the regular shipping? Well, the wait will be worth it...freaking awesome blade!

Took one of the straps off of the sheath. Not sure how I feel about it yet...Hit the 16 with permablue a few times and let it sit. Darkened the etching up a bit and I like it. I'll let this one be a lady and show her glory over time, no strippin, no other mods except micarta.

Still perfecting the worksharp to touch this one yet...but I have smoothed out the factory edge and have only used it for food prep. It's a great knife so far. Fits my hands perfect and the sheath with not having to undo your belt is awesome. Transfer from a pack/vice versa is smooth and keeps it a more useful/dependable tool IMHO.

The 17 is awesome....I love it, it's a sexy sexy knife. I'm taking her out along with the 16. Is it too much to carry both on your pack :D

Oh yeah, happy Saint Patty's with a few Irish Car Bombs snatches! :D

As of tonight.

199--- BK15S left.

133--- BK16S left.

120--- BK17S left.

I wonder if SMKW thought they would be all gone by now or if we have been surpassing their expectations. Assuming they started with 250 of each model they have sold almost three hundred of them, within like a week. That's not too bad I think, for just three models of the many brands and varieties of knives and products they sell.
