interesting things coming

If it's a chick that looks like a half woman half unicorn; tell her you don't know me! I mean come on, you can't pop out a full term baby in six months............right? Wait......are we talking about knives?

Tis true. He keeps those beans hidden away in his underground bunker 'O secrets.
Right next to his sea container full 'O Beckers.
His bunker is gaurded by robot leprachauns that barf sulfuric acid if you get too close.

Arrrgh!!! Haven't even had my pickup 2 weeks and someone put a dent and scratch in my drivers door. Its all the way to the metal too. $607 to fix it, so I'll have to pay for it out of my pocket. I'll be putting a few knives up for sale in the next day or two to help pay for it.

Yes. I know where my snark is. No you can't have it!!

Sunday was my birthday. When I got to work Monday my boss handed me some money to buy myself a bottle of bourbon. Today I picked up a bottle of Dickel 12 to try out. Its not a bourbon, but I hear its some tasty stuff so I figured I would try it. Taste test is Thursday.

Happy birthday man!

Anyway, today was my last mid-year exam...Chemistry. English and Math (we say "maths" here, cos that "s" makes a whole lot of difference ) were pretty easy but frigging hell I hated that chem paper...Only answered about 10 questions out of like 100. I really regret picking the subject :grumpy:. I also decided to try making my own micarta. Went for a DPM style camo pair of pants that I had when I was a "kid" and will make them for my eskabar.

Anyone else seen that new Ka-Bar #1117 necker?

Meh...I'm going to sleep, night.

After 12 years of marriage, my wife finally wants her own handgun. :) Actually, she's used tons of excuses not to shoot with me...usually "take [insert friend name here], you guys will have more fun". I finally got her to go and she's a freaking natural. What made me most proud was that she automatically assumed an agressive stance instead of the awkward leaning back and bracing for impact stance.

Anyone have a recommendation of what handguns to start looking at? The 1911 grip was a bit large for her and the XDs was ok with the small backstrap. The first person to say "revolver, because she can't work a slide" gets a 2x4 to the head.

The Sig SP2022 9mm has a smaller grip similar to that on the XD's with the small backstrap. Also doesn't break the bank.

Right on man! If she likes the 1911 platform Springfield emp 9mm is great for small hands. Also M&P shield or Walter PPS. Kahr makes a smaller 9mm but I've never shot one.
