Reduced loads in a rifle (handguns too as well) can be more dangerous than an overcharge...
Those that make them need to be careful and do it correctly...

Plus at 19 it's legal to drink in the land of syrup!

My brother took me there for a skiing trip when I was 16 and I was never I.D'd in any of the bars / strip clubs we went to.

I was reading on 'weapon' border laws and I'd have to let them know all knives I bring in and out of the land to the mounties.

I could possibly take a trip mid July out there to you!

Hah, You need money to go to those places ;) I'm old and broke. Mid July is when I am expecting the arrival of baby #3. I'd be happy to have ya over but I may not be able to sneak out for some fun ;)

As far as boarder crossing... when coming back and forth with knives I just keep them packed in the trunk and don't say a thing. They always ask where you are going... and you could say camping with friends. This justifies the need for some pointy tools.

If / when you ever make the trek up here, you would need to bring that work sharp ;)

I'll just have to talk to my supervisor and the same thing for Wood, I have to talk to me supervisor so I can get to his place early.


Speaking of Wood, I wonder what that squirelly guy is up to.
 
I don't know how much time off you get but the North East gathering normally happens in fall. ;) Save a few days for that too!

We will have to find a place still though, I dont have a yard, i live in the middle of the Philadelphia in row homes, And carrying ANY knife even a leatherman with a blade on it is illegal here. Thats why when me and the wife/kids goes out we travel almost 2 hours each time just to get out in the woods LOL

Id love to set something up, i have before with a guy in Jersey from the Busse forum, but we just met up at Wharton state forest and it worked out because my wife and kids had something else going on then so she just dropped me off on the way.

It would be cool if TBL could come down too, hell then we could setup some type of gathering for the ones of us who never been to the gatherings LOL but as always finding a location will be key in making it work.

I wish! next week is a little too soon for me to put in the request for time off with work (and the wife haha). Wharton state forest park is about an 8.5h drive from me. Not too bad If I was solo and could leave on Thursday night ;) or early Friday morning.

And sounds good dude, liek I said when my supervisor comes in tomorrow I'll have to talk to him about getting thursday off so I can get there early in the day.

First are we still talking about NEXT weekend, during the 14th-15th? And also I have my kids Thursday and Friday bud, i would have to leave on a friday evening or saturday morning LMAO
